Welcome to BolnaSeekho. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. The service is currently a free pilot — no payment is required and no paid features are sold yet.
1. The service
BolnaSeekho provides AI-powered speaking practice: games, an AI companion (Manush), and feedback scores. AI responses are generated automatically and can be imperfect — they are practice aids, not professional, medical, legal, or career advice.
2. Your account
- Provide a real email — accounts must be verified to stay active.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- One account per person; do not share or automate accounts.
- Select your age band honestly — it controls content safety settings.
3. Fair use
- Daily practice is capped (15 minutes across games) to keep the pilot free for everyone.
- No abusive, sexual, hateful, or illegal content. Violations earn strikes; two strikes block the account.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, spamming APIs, or attempting to bypass rate limits and safety systems.
4. Content and scores
You own what you say. You grant us a licence to process your inputs to run the service (generate replies, compute scores, show your progress). Anonymous data contribution for AI research is separate and strictly opt-in — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Pilot status and availability
This is pre-release software. Features may change, break, or be removed; scores and progression may be rebalanced. We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee during the pilot. Paid tiers, when they launch, will come with their own terms.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or endanger other users.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BolnaSeekho is provided "as is" during the pilot, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently zero).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
